Q&A Show Exclusive - Bailbondsman Tony Muñoz - "Facundo Chavez, the suspect accused of killing Deputy Peter Herrera was out on a Public Recognizance bond."

During his Q&A Show appearance, Bailbondsman Tony Muñoz broke the news that Facundo Chavez, the suspect accused of killing Deputy Peter Herrera, 35, was out on a Public Recognizance bond when he purportedly committed the act. We will be following up with Mr. Muñoz in an attempt to get him to provide documentation proving this.

It is worth noting that Mr. Muñoz also challenged members of Robert “Beto” O’Rourke’s staff to be educated about the subject of Public Recognizance Bonds and how they have been implemented in the City of San Antonio. Mr. Muñoz said that Mr. O’Rourke has made this part of his platform in his quest for President of the United States of America.

Mr. Muñoz has pledged to keep the Q&A Show informed on his activities with regards to the Public Recognizance Bond issue in El Paso. We’ll be sharing more information on this subject as it becomes available to us.
